The service fee is FREE as part of a introductory promotion for new owners that have bought a house with a pool. A test will be undertaken on site and chemicals will be charged as extra if they are required.

Yes, you will need to be at home to provide access and to be available to pay for chemicals if they are needed.

If you are located out of metro Adelaide, this promotion will not apply.

Typically, a premium pool service are normally completed within 30 mins.

There is no catch. You will NOT be charged the $82 service fee and will receive this FREE of charge. This introductory service is the same as our Premium Regular Service Package and allows you to test our services before proceeding with regular maintenance. Chemicals will be charged as extra upon completion.

Typically, we can organise a service within 1-2 weeks. This is dependent on logistical requirements and peak period demand.

Additional charges apply for chemicals used during the service. Our technicians will perform testing during the service, and chemicals may be added to rebalance your pool.
