The Equipment Inspection Service includes a review of your pool system and equipment. A diagnosis on the issue that is causing problems. An on site fix, if this is a possible avenue to resolve the problem. Otherwise, a recommendation will be made for new equipment or parts.

The total cost of the service is $130. This price will stand if you do not proceed with new equipment. Otherwise it will act as a deposit to new equipment. This does NOT include parts.

No you do not need to be at the home during the service. We will require access to the property which could be through a side gate or roller door.

If you are located out of metro, an additional fee will apply for petrol and drive time.

The time taken for the service is dependent on the issue. We cannot give an indication without inspecting.

Typically, we can come out for a clean within a week. This is dependent on logistical requirements and peak period demand.

If an on site test is undertaken as part of the service and you have agreed for us to add chemicals, then this will apply as extra.

    Very happy with the new install. We recently bought a house with pool equipment that was gaffer tapped, leaking and not operating properly. That Pool Shop came out to inspect and recommended us a brand new system. They prioritised a time for the install and had the pool back up and running for us.

    Prompt and professional service 👍 They were very thorough and found that our filter was broken and water was leaking down the backwash line. They installed a new filter with glass and the system is the best its been!
