Shipping and Delivery:

We will make all reasonable efforts to ship your order within the estimated delivery time frame provided at the time of purchase. However, we do not guarantee any specific delivery dates and times, and any delays or non-delivery are beyond our control.

We reserve the right to split your order into multiple shipments and to use different carriers and shipping methods at our discretion.

We will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from delayed or non-delivery of your order.

You are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address you provide us is correct and complete, and that someone will be available to receive the shipment at the designated delivery address.

If your order is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, or if you fail to collect the shipment from the carrier or post office within the specified time frame, you will be responsible for any additional shipping charges to resend the order.

Returns and Refunds:

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided that the item(s) are in their original condition and packaging.

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item(s) are defective or we have made an error in the shipment.

Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment, and will not include any shipping or handling charges, unless we have made an error in the shipment.

We reserve the right to refuse any returns or exchanges that do not comply with our return policy.

Any legal action or proceeding relating to your access to, or use of, our website shall be instituted in the federal or state courts located in South Australia.

Terms & Conditions – Services

Regular Pool Service T&C:

  1. Service Description:
    • That Pool Shop’s comprehensive maintenance solution encompasses equipment inspection, debris removal, vacuuming, water rebalancing, and chemical treatment. This service ensures your pool remains safe and inviting for swimming all year round.
  2. Payment and Fees:
    • To proceed with a Regular Pool Service, the first payment of your chosen plan is required to confirm your first booking.
    • The payment can be made online by selecting the chosen service type and the occurrence interval. Your card will be held on file as part of this regular subscription.
    • An automatic deduction of the service fee will be made to your credit card on file based on your billing cycle. We will require this payment before coming out to site.
    • Any chemicals added to the pool for rebalancing will be charged as extra at the completion of the service.
    • An invoice will be sent at the completion of the service to make payment. We can either hold your card on file and process automatically, you can send payment via EFT or call us to process payment via credit card.
    • Alternate means of payment for chemicals can be arranged upon request by contacting That Pool Shop at sales@thatpoolshop.com.au or 0404 368 580.
    • The pricing for additional services or recommended rectifications, if required, will be provided separately.
  3. Booking and Scheduling:
    • That Pool Shop will make reasonable efforts to accommodate the customer’s preferred date and time, subject to availability and logistical considerations.
    • Confirmation of the scheduled date and time for the one-time pool clean will be communicated to the customer by That Pool Shop.
    • You will receive a reminder one day before your scheduled service that our technicians will be out to site. This is automatically scheduled based upon your subscription cycle.
  4. Cancellation and Refunds:
    • If the customer needs to cancel or reschedule a Regular Pool Service, notice must be provided to That Pool Shop beforehand.
    • We can reschedule your service but your billing cycle will remain as per your online subscription.
    • You are not locked into a contract with That Pool Shop and reserve the right to cancel your services at anytime, as long as prior notice is given.
    • Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of the scheduled assessment may be subject to a cancellation fee of $95.
  5. Customer Responsibility:
    • It is the responsibility of the customer to provide accurate and accessible information about the pool and its surrounding area for the regular pool service.
  6. Complaints and Issues:
    • Any complaints or issues with the Regular Pool Service should be reported to That Pool Shop within 48 hours of completion for resolution.
  7. Limitation of Liability:
    • That Pool Shop shall not be held liable for any damages, injuries, or issues that arise due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to weather conditions, natural disasters, changes in water quality, or external factors affecting the pool or related structures after the completion of the Regular Pool Service.
    • You understand and accept that the effectiveness and results of the regular pool service are influenced by the condition of the pool at the time of the service. Subsequent changes, circumstances, or events that are not within our control may impact the pool’s condition and performance.
    • It is your responsibility to properly maintain and care for the pool, follow our recommendations, and address any unexpected changes that may arise in order to ensure the continued cleanliness and safety of the pool area.
  8. Acknowledgment and Agreement:
    • By proceeding with the Regular Pool Service from That Pool Shop, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by the terms and conditions outlined herein.
    • The customer further acknowledges that these terms and conditions form a legally binding agreement between the customer and That Pool Shop, governing the provision of the Regular Pool Service.
    • It is the customer’s responsibility to review and familiarise themselves with the terms and conditions prior to proceeding with the service.
  9. Disputes and Claims:
    • Any disputes, claims, or issues arising from the Regular Pool Service will be governed by the terms and conditions in effect at the time of purchase and booking.

Green Pool Clean Service T&C:

  1. Service Description:
    • The Green Pool Clean Service provided by That Pool Shop aims to restore green and murky pools to a clear and safe state.
    • Additional chemicals will be added to the pool to rebalance it to a safe swimming state.
    • The service includes multiple visits from our expert technicians to thoroughly clean and sanitise the pool.
  2. Pricing:
    • The Green Pool Clean Service is priced at $350 plus chemicals are extra.
    • The anticipated cost of chemicals ranges between $600-800 depending on the current water chemistry.
    • Additional fees for petrol and time will apply if located outside of Metropolitan Adelaide.
  3. Deposit and Payment:
    • To proceed with the service, a $500 deposit is required, which covers part of the chemicals used.
    • The remaining balance for the chemicals will be invoiced separately.
    • Payment for the service can be made by adding the service product to the cart and purchasing online.
    • We can provide alternate means of payment if requested by contacting That Pool Shop at sales@thatpoolshop.com.au or 0404 368 580.
    • We will not proceed with the service until a deposit has been made.
  4. Booking and Scheduling:
    • The online booking time provided by the customer is an indication of their preferred service date, but it is not considered final.
    • That Pool Shop will make reasonable efforts to accommodate the customer’s preferred date and time for the Green Pool Clean Service.
    • However, the scheduling of the service is subject to availability and other logistical considerations, including drive time and coordination with other clients.
    • That Pool Shop reserves the right to propose an alternative date and time for the service if necessary, and will communicate any changes to the customer in a timely manner.
    • The customer will be informed of the confirmed date and time for the Green Pool Clean Service prior to the technician’s visit.
  5. Unsalvageable Pools:
    • In the event that the pool is unsalvageable and requires draining, you will be advised by the pool expert to proceed with a drain and pool service.
    • The drain and clean service has a flat rate of $1200.
    • An additional $700 will need to be paid to proceed with this service.
    • If the customer decides not to proceed with the recommended service service after the technician’s first visit, a call-out fee of $95 will be charged for the visit and the remainder refunded.
  6. Cancellation and Refunds:
    • If the customer needs to cancel or reschedule the Green Pool Clean Service, they must provide notice to That Pool Shop at least 48 hours before the scheduled service date.
    • Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of the scheduled service date may be subject to a cancellation fee of $95.
    • In the event of a cancellation, any deposit or payment made by the customer will be refunded, minus the applicable cancellation fee, within a reasonable timeframe.
  7. Customer Responsibility:
    • It is the responsibility of the customer to provide accurate and accessible information about the pool, including its size and location.
  8. Complaints and Issues:
    • Any complaints or issues with the service should be reported to That Pool Shop within 48 hours of completion for resolution.
  9. Pool Conditions and Safety:
    • That Pool Shop reserves the right to refuse or cancel the Green Pool Clean Service if the pool is found to be in a hazardous or unsafe condition.
    • That Pool Shop will not be held liable for any damages or injuries that occur as a result of improper use or maintenance of the pool after the Green Pool Clean Service.
  10. Acknowledgment and Agreement:
    • By purchasing and booking the Green Pool Clean Service from That Pool Shop, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined herein.
    • The customer acknowledges that the terms and conditions govern the provision of the Green Pool Clean Service and form a legally binding agreement between the customer and That Pool Shop.
    • It is the customer’s responsibility to review and familiarise themselves with the terms and conditions prior to making a purchase and booking the service.
  11. Disputes and Claims:
    • Any disputes, claims, or issues arising from the Green Pool Clean Service will be governed by the terms and conditions in effect at the time of purchase and booking.

Drain & Clean Service T&C:

  1. Service Description:
    • That Pool Shop’s Drain & Clean Service involves draining, high-pressure cleaning, acid washing, refilling and rebalancing. We replenish your pool, fine-tune equipment, and achieve optimal water balance.
  2. Payment and Fees:
    • To proceed with the Drain & Clean Service, a payment of $1200 is required to confirm the booking.
    • Payment can be made online by adding the service product to the cart and completing the purchase.
    • Alternate means of payment can be arranged upon request by contacting That Pool Shop at sales@thatpoolshop.com.au or 0404 368 580.
    • Chemicals added to the pool for rebalancing are included in the total price of this service product.
    • The pricing for additional services or recommended rectifications, if required, will be provided separately.
  3. Booking and Scheduling:
    • The preferred date and time provided by the customer during the booking process are considered indications of their desired schedule for the drain and clean.
    • That Pool Shop will make reasonable efforts to accommodate the customer’s preferred date and time, subject to availability and logistical considerations.
    • Confirmation of the scheduled date and time for the drain & clean service will be communicated to the customer by That Pool Shop.
  4. Cancellation and Refunds:
    • If the customer needs to cancel or reschedule the Drain & Clean Service, notice must be provided to That Pool Shop at least 48 hours before the scheduled assessment.
    • Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of the scheduled assessment may be subject to a cancellation fee of $95.
    • In the event of a cancellation, any payment made by the customer will be refunded, minus the applicable cancellation fee, within a reasonable timeframe.
  5. Customer Responsibility:
    • It is the responsibility of the customer to provide accurate and accessible information about the pool and its surrounding area for the drain & clean service.
  6. Complaints and Issues:

    • You understand and accept that the effectiveness and results of the drain & clean service are influenced by the condition of the pool at the time of the service. Subsequent changes, circumstances, or events that are not within our control may impact the pool’s condition and performance.
    • It is your responsibility to properly maintain and care for the pool, follow our recommendations, and address any unexpected changes that may arise in order to ensure the continued cleanliness and safety of the pool area.
  8. Acknowledgment and Agreement:
    • By proceeding with the Drain & Clean Service from That Pool Shop, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by the terms and conditions outlined herein.
    • The customer further acknowledges that these terms and conditions form a legally binding agreement between the customer and That Pool Shop, governing the provision of the Drain & Clean Service.
    • It is the customer’s responsibility to review and familiarise themselves with the terms and conditions prior to proceeding with the service.
  9. Disputes and Claims:
    • Any disputes, claims, or issues arising from the Drain & Clean Service will be governed by the terms and conditions in effect at the time of purchase and booking.

Pool Tuition Service T&C::

  1. Service Description:
    • That Pool Shop’s Pool Tuition Service – your one-stop solution for learning how to maintain your pool and keep it safe for swimming. Our expert pool technician will spend approximately 1 hour with you, walking you through the complete operation of your pool and checking all the equipment to ensure it is functioning properly.
  2. Payment and Fees:
    • To proceed with the Pool Tuition Service , a payment of $150 is required to confirm the booking.
    • Payment can be made online by adding the service product to the cart and completing the purchase.
    • Alternate means of payment can be arranged upon request by contacting That Pool Shop at sales@thatpoolshop.com.au or 0404 368 580.
    • Chemicals added to the pool for rebalancing will be charged as extra at the completion of the service.
    • The pricing for additional services or recommended rectifications, if required, will be provided separately.

One-Time Pool Clean Service T&C::

  1. Service Description:
    • That Pool Shop’s One-Time Pool Clean Service involves a comprehensive pool clean, including equipment inspection, debris removal, vacuuming, water rebalancing, and chemical treatment to ensure your pool is safe and ready for swimming.
  2. Payment and Fees:
    • To proceed with the One-Time Pool Clean Service, a payment of $130 is required to confirm the booking.
    • Payment can be made online by adding the service product to the cart and completing the purchase.
    • Alternate means of payment can be arranged upon request by contacting That Pool Shop at sales@thatpoolshop.com.au or 0404 368 580.
    • Chemicals added to the pool for rebalancing will be charged as extra at the completion of the service.
    • The pricing for additional services or recommended rectifications, if required, will be provided separately.

  4. Additional Cleaning Conditions:
    • In instances where the pool’s condition is determined to require additional attention beyond our standard one-time pool clean service, the following specialised rates and procedures will apply based on the on-site assessment conducted by our technicians:
      1. Heavy Sediment Cleaning: If our technicians identify heavy sediment in your pool, an additional charge of $65 will be incurred in addition to the regular cleaning fee of $130.
      2. Cloudy Pool Conditions: In cases where the pool exhibits excessive cloudiness, multiple visits may be necessary to achieve the desired water clarity. Additional charges will apply for each subsequent visit.
      3. Green Pool Cleaning: For pools experiencing a green discolouration, a specialised green pool clean service will be required. This service, which includes in-depth cleaning and chemical treatment, is $350. Additional charges for necessary chemicals will apply to ensure the restoration of proper water quality.
    • The additional fees will need to be paid to proceed with the updated service.
    • If the customer decides not to proceed with the recommended service after the technician’s first visit, a call-out fee of $95 will be charged for the visit and the remainder refunded.
  5. Cancellation and Refunds:
    • If the customer needs to cancel or reschedule the One-Time Pool Clean Service, notice must be provided to That Pool Shop at least 48 hours before the scheduled assessment.

  10. Disputes and Claims:
    • Any disputes, claims, or issues arising from the One-Time Pool Clean Service will be governed by the terms and conditions in effect at the time of purchase and booking.

Pool Equipment Inspection Service T&C:

  1. Service Description:
    • That Pool Shop’s pool equipment inspection service is designed to give you peace of mind and ensure that your pool equipment is functioning efficiently. Our team of experienced technicians will conduct a thorough inspection of your pool equipment on site, identifying any potential issues and providing recommendations for repair or replacement as necessary.
  2. Payment and Fees:
    • To proceed with the pool equipment inspection service , a payment of $130 is required to confirm the booking.
    • Payment can be made online by adding the service product to the cart and completing the purchase.
    • Alternate means of payment can be arranged upon request by contacting That Pool Shop at sales@thatpoolshop.com.au or 0404 368 580.
    • The pricing for additional services or recommended rectifications, if required, will be provided separately.
    • The payment of $130 will come off the price of any quoted equipment. This does not include any small parts used for repairs.
  3. Booking and Scheduling:
    • The preferred date and time provided by the customer during the booking process are considered indications of their desired schedule for the pool equipment inspection service .
    • That Pool Shop will make reasonable efforts to accommodate the customer’s preferred date and time, subject to availability and logistical considerations.
    • Confirmation of the scheduled date and time for the pool equipment inspection service will be communicated to the customer by That Pool Shop.

  9. Disputes and Claims:
    • Any disputes, claims, or issues arising from the pool equipment inspection service will be governed by the terms and conditions in effect at the time of purchase and booking.

Pool Fence Compliance Service T&C:

  1. Service Description:
    • The Pool Fence Compliance Service provided by That Pool Shop aims to assist customers in meeting their pool fence compliance requirements to ensure the safety of their loved ones and others around the pool area.
    • Our team of experts will conduct a thorough assessment of the pool fence, checking for defects or hazards that may compromise its safety.
    • If the pool fence passes the assessment, we will issue a signed compliance certificate. If any issues are identified, we will provide recommendations for rectification.
  2. Payment and Fees:
    • To proceed with the Pool Fence Compliance Service, a payment of $195 is required for the compliance assessment.

    • Once your booking has been confirmed we will send you a checklist to assess your compliance before the expert makes their assessment.
  4. Cancellation and Refunds:
    • If the customer needs to cancel or reschedule the Pool Fence Compliance Service, notice must be provided to That Pool Shop at least 48 hours before the scheduled assessment.
    • Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of the scheduled assessment may be subject to a cancellation fee of $95.
    • In the event of a cancellation, any payment made by the customer will be refunded, minus the applicable cancellation fee, within a reasonable timeframe.
  5. Customer Responsibility:
    • It is the responsibility of the customer to provide accurate and accessible information about the pool and its surrounding area for the compliance assessment.
  6. Complaints and Issues:
    • Any complaints or issues with the Pool Fence Compliance Service should be reported to That Pool Shop within 48 hours of receiving the compliance certificate for resolution.
  7. Limitation of Liability:
    • That Pool Shop shall not be held liable for any damages or injuries that occur as a result of improper use or maintenance of the pool or any related structures after the completion of the Pool Fence Compliance Service.
    • You understand and accept that the compliance assessment is based on the condition of the pool fence at the time of assessment and may not account for future changes or circumstances.

    • All intellectual property rights, including copyrights, related to the Pool Fence Compliance Service and its documentation shall remain the property of That Pool Shop.
