Book and pay for your service online. An automatic payment will be made for the service fee before each service visit. Chemicals will be charged separately and an invoice will be sent to your email.

We recommend having your pool serviced at least once a month throughout the year. However, the frequency may vary based on factors such as usage, weather, and the type of pool equipment.

Many of our clients choose fortnightly servicing over the warmer months to ensure their pool is in pristine condition.

Our standard pool service usually involves testing and balancing the water chemistry, brushing and skimming the pool walls and surface, emptying the skimmer and pump baskets, and inspecting the pool equipment for any indications of damage or malfunction. Please note that the Deluxe package includes manual vacuuming of the pool to remove debris and sediment.

To keep your pool in good condition, it's important to monitor the skimmer basket and empty it every 1-2 days. Additionally, you should maintain the water level at 80% height of the skimmer box and top up the water level as needed.

Ignoring pool maintenance can result in various problems, including algae growth, cloudy water, equipment malfunctions, and potential health hazards. It can also shorten the lifespan of your pool and its equipment.

The cost of pool servicing can vary based on several factors, such as the size and type of pool, the frequency of service, and the location. On average, a monthly pool service, which includes chemicals, can cost between $75 and $150 per month.

Additional charges apply for chemicals used during the service. Our technicians will perform testing during the service, and if needed, they will add chemicals to rebalance your pool.
