No we will not provide the water for the refill. You will need to provide the water from your property or through other means.
The total cost of the service is $2,490 this includes the drain, clean, refill and rebalance of the pool.
No you do not need to be at the home during the service. We will require access to the property which could be through a side gate or roller door.
If you are located out of metro, an additional fee will apply for petrol and drive time.
Multiple visits will be required for the drain and clean service. We will advise you on a plan of action.
We require a photo of the current state of the pool to ensure that the service can effectively be completed.
Typically, we can come out for a clean within a week. This is dependent on logistical requirements and peak period demand.
Chemicals are included in the cost of the service ($2,490).

Fantastic service would highly recommend! We let our pool go into a mess for a couple of years while caravanning across Australia. A lot of debris from nearby trees fell in and the dirty algae took over. The boys were brilliant! They drained the pool, high pressure cleaned, acid washed it and rebalanced. We also noticed before the service that the pool was draining on its own and thought that there was a leak from cracks in the concrete. The team found that the leak was actually coming from a faulty drain valve at the bottom of the pool. Thankfully they got this replaced for us and the pool water is now holding well.
