We’re looking for a reliable, practical, and self-driven Pool Technician to join our team long term.
About the Role
This is a mobile, residential pool servicing role across Adelaide.
Once trained, you’ll work independently, following a planned daily run and managing your own workload.
A typical day involves:
- Completing 8–10 jobs per day
- Cleaning and maintaining residential pools
- Testing and balancing pool water chemistry
- Troubleshooting water quality and equipment issues
- Basic equipment installations and repairs (full training provided)
- Driving between jobs
- Recording clear job notes and service details
The work is practical, hands-on, and outdoors.
What This Job Is REALLY Like
During summer, the role is fast-paced and high pressure. You’ll need to:

- stay organised and efficient
In winter, the pace is steadier, but the standards remain exactly the same.
This role suits someone who:

Hours & Conditions
- Monday to Friday
- Typical working hours: around 9am–5pm
- Start and finish times can vary depending on the day
- Full-time, permanent position
- Salary range: $60,000 – $90,000 depending on experience and capability

Essential Requirements
- Current Australian Driver’s Licence
- Full working rights in Australia
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to use basic apps and record job notes
- Willingness to learn and follow systems
