The total cost of the service is $250. This price will stand if you do not proceed with new equipment. Otherwise it will act as a deposit to new equipment.
If you are located out of metro, an additional fee will apply for petrol and drive time.
No you do not need to be at the home during the service. We will require access to the property which could be through a side gate or roller door.
The time taken for the service is dependent on the issue. We cannot give an indication without inspecting.
Typically, we can come out for a clean within a week. This is dependent on logistical requirements and peak period demand.
