The total cost of the service is dependant on the media that you choose. You have an option of either sand or glass. Sand is $395 and glass is $595. The main difference is that glass provides superior filtration and clarifying qualities.
No you do not need to be at the home during the service. We will require access to the property which could be through a side gate or roller door.
If your filter is very old, there are risks that the filter change may not work properly. This could be due to the internal laterals being broken due to age. We would only know this by opening the filter and beginning the filter change service. If we find that the laterals are broken, you will need a brand new filter with media.
Sand is $395 and glass is $595. The main difference is that glass provides superior filtration and clarifying qualities. Sand will only last 5 years, whilst glass typically lasts 8-10 years before being replaced.
The time taken for the service is typically 1-2 hours.
Typically, we can come out for a clean within a week. This is dependent on logistical requirements and peak period demand.
If you are located out of metro, an additional fee will apply for petrol and drive time.
