At That Pool Shop, we are committed to providing you with high-quality products and services. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free refund and returns policy.

Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at sales@thatpoolshop.com.au or phone us at 83447766. Our team will provide you with a return authorisation number and instructions on how to return the item.

Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. The refund may take 7 days to process, depending on your payment provider.

Please note that the cost of shipping for returns will be the responsibility of the customer.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, please contact our customer service team at sales@thatpoolshop.com.au or phone us at 83447766. Our team will provide you with an exchange authorisation number and instructions on how to exchange the item.

To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Once we receive the exchanged item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your exchange. If your exchange is approved, we will ship the replacement item to you. Please note that the cost of shipping for exchanges will be the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team at sales@thatpoolshop.com.au or phone us at 83447766 within 30 days of receipt. Our team will provide you with a return authorisation number and instructions on how to return the item.

Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund or exchange.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment or ship a replacement item to you, depending on your preference.
